Services
We provide personal service to individuals that own residential property at the Lake of the Ozarks. This includes scheduled weekly or monthly visits to make sure everything is the way it is supposed to be. We can check outside only, or go inside too. We can check to make sure the furnace or air conditioner is working. We will walk around the yard, including the docks, and any outbuildings and garages. If you have small jobs around the house, we can do that work for you, since we'll be there already, and you won't need to hire a contractor.
We can also visit the property after a storm to make sure there are no needed repairs, and that the power is back on.
If you have contracted work on your home, dock or yard, we can oversee that work when you are not there. We'll make sure contractors show up when scheduled, and stay on track to complete the job. We'll make sure they perform the work you've hired them to do.
We have a lot of experience in marine repair. We can winterize your boat in the fall, and ready your boat for water in the spring. For large jobs, we can confirm the work is needed, oversee that work, and make sure it's done on time.
We can get your house ready for your arrival. We can turn on the air conditioning, uncover the boats and watercraft, and knock down the spider webs. We can close things up after you leave as well.
